From start to finish, Alliance Roofing Company LLC (ARC) was professional and knowledgeable in reroofing my house. Of 4 companies I requested bids from, one did not respond, and 2 were not professional (showed up, took some pictures and were gone in 10 min). ARC's bid was competitive (2 story with detached garage) and the work was first rate (5/5 stars). About 3 days after Robert repaired the leaks, we had some heavy rain and strong winds… and our ceiling didn't have any leaks!! "For the past 2 weeks, I have been home here at Peak Meadows and have been carefully following your work in the re-roofing of the garages. It is certainly a pleasure to report the work has been carried out in a timely and professional manner, in every detail. The destiny of the units here has made it very difficult for both your workers and the residents to work around each other. In every case, your workers have been most accommodating to avoid inconvenience to the residents. Having been around many construction sites over the years, I was impressed if not amazed to see the attention to detail in the final clean of the area. Re-roofing is a dirty, messy project at best and with plenty of opportunities for flat tires from stray nails. I would particularly like to thank Mr. Jason Burg who did far more than just provide us with a great roof at an excellent price. Although we have lived in this area for nearly 30 years and survived several hurricanes, Ike was the first one in which we sustained significant damage. We had very little understanding of how to handle the insurance claims and Mr. Burg helped us with not just the roofing claim but also the claims for the rest of the damage to our house and property - even though Alliance would not benefit from those claims.
