I am a native of Iowa, but decided cold winters were not for me and moved to the warm state of Texas in 1981. As a young boy, I learned about all aspects of construction from my father, who was a homebuilder. I am proud to have carried on my father’s legacy by founding Alliance Roofing Company in 1990. I take great pride in the relationships I have formed over the years with many repeat customers, and my company has been a trusted name in the greater Houston area for over three decades. The principles that guide me are honesty, integrity, customer service, and craftsmanship. I treat every job like it was being done on my own home. My wife, Carol, and I have four amazing children and two fantastic grandchildren who we love dearly. Carol and I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, volunteering in the community, watching college football, playing golf, and boating. You have my commitment to providing top-notch service!

I was briefly raised in Dallas before moving to Houston 45 years ago. I have lived in Pearland for 32 years, where I raised my four sons and daughter. Two of my sons are Marines, one is an Air Force pilot, and another is a Houston Police officer. This year, I will finally add a granddaughter to this list of four grandsons. I was a carpenter by trade for over ten years and have been in roofing for twenty years, the past seven years being with Alliance Roofing Company. I’ve been serving the community for 30 years and look forward to serving you for 30 more!

I was born in Lake Jackson, Texas and have spent most of my life in the Greater Houston area. I am a proud Marine Corps veteran. After serving, I moved back to Houston and have been with Alliance Roofing Company for about eighteen years now. My beautiful wife, Regina, and I love to spend our free time camping and exploring the outdoors. I look forward to meeting and serving you!
Christina Lollis

I am the mother to a beautiful, 10-year-old daughter, who is on the honor roll in the dual language program at her school. I have lived in Pearland for 44 years and I’m a 20-year veteran at Alliance Roofing Company. I have a green thumb, so I enjoy botany and horticulture as a form of therapy. In addition, I’m an avid baker and love cooking when I’m not outside enjoying nature! Each day brings something special with each of our clients and I strive to provide the best customer service possible to meet their needs.

I am a retired college volleyballer from The University of Oklahoma where I graduated with a marketing degree in 2018. I am the daughter of Eric and am proud to be working for the company where I grew up running the halls. When I’m not at work or hanging under the sun, I’m coaching young volleyball players and doing my best to be a great mentor for them. Looking forward to serving you, cheers!
Molly the Great
I am the team’s official producer of smiles. I try my best to guard my humans, keep them safe from birds and other backyard intruders, and alert them anytime there’s a delivery at the door. My favorite pastimes include cuddling, sticking my face out the window on car rides, and leaving a trail of white fur everywhere I go so my humans can easily find me. Maybe one day I will get to meet you and show you my beautiful fur coat!
